Robotic Surgery Center

Greetings

Since opening in April 2014, this center has been safely and smoothly performing robotic-assisted surgeries at our hospital. From 2023, we will have two Da Vinci Surgical System Xi surgical support robots, and robotic-assisted surgery will be actively introduced in many departments. Tokai University Hospital has already practiced minimally invasive treatments such as laparoscopic surgery and thoracoscopic surgery, and by introducing various types of robotic-assisted surgery, we will establish a system to safely provide even more advanced and wider range of medical care.
